Frank Fitness!
Frank Fitness! is the FNCA's own mini gym located on the porch of Frank Hall. It is available for use by campers at all times unless it interferes with or disturbes official events in the building.
It includes an elliptical machine, push/pull "gravity rider" ab machine, stair stepper, weight bench with barbells, dumbbells, push-up/pull-up frame, and several fold-out gym mats.
Since it's inauguration in 2014, Frank Fitness! has found regular use by several campers and, for them, has been a welcome addition to camp.
