Afternoon Book Club
The Afternoon Book Club (ABC), a recent addition to our program, 
meets in Whitehead Hall from 4:30-5:30 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday each week. Interested people will read and discuss together a book relevant to our church. You are welcome to attend every day, or on a drop-in basis.
Our Religious Programing Coordinator Rev. Susannah Currie and the Summer Session Committee have chosen Wilson Van Dusen's Uses: A Way of Personal and Spiritual Growth as this year's selection. This delightful little booklet "explores practical usefulness and service as a powerful mode of spiritual practice and growth. And it is a way of spiritual growth that can be practiced by all--even those who feel they are useless. Readable, practical, and perceptive, Uses is a long-time favorite among readers of Van Dusen."
Copies of this book will be available to the first 15 or so participants at cost.
