Overnighting at the FNCA

Rooms
Rooms in the Perry Wing are on the first floor and are wheelchair accessible with private 1/2 baths. Rooms in Dole Wing and Main Building are on the second floor (some have mountain views) served by public restrooms with showers.

Cabins
Families with children have first priority for cabins. Bray, Twitchell, Lawrence, and Boston each have two units. All cabins have bathrooms with showers.

Tent/Camper Sites
There are several tent and camper sites with electric and water hookups. There is a bathhouse with shower nearby.

Dorms
Teen boys have a bunkhouse and dressing room with shower. Teen girls have a dorm and dressing room with shower in the Main Building. Each dorm has a resident adult supervisor.

What to Bring
Sheets, pillowcases, towels, soap, etc. (A pillow and two blankets are provided free. Linens are available for $5/week.) Sunday clothes and everyday clothes for summer weather; warm clothes for cool nights and mornings; swimsuit; hiking boots; sunshade or hat; insect repellent; sunscreen; flashlight; camera; Bible; quiet handwork for lectures.

What NOT to Bring
Guns (toy or real), illegal drugs, pets, TV, boomboxes (except with headphones).

Fire Safety Rules
Because of the extreme fire hazard, smoking is never permitted anywhere out on the grounds, or in the cabins, tents or buildings. All smoking is limited to the front porch of the Main Building. Burning candles or any open flame is not permitted except in fireplaces in the Main Building.
